Contact information is also listed for each sport club so feel free to call the coach to ask specific questions about the program.

How Old Do I Have To Be To Join Special Olympics Ontario?

Throughout the year, athletes of all ages, young and old, participate in weekly training programs in local facilities.

Should you have any questions or concerns please contact our  community coordinator Lisa Carlson at dufferin@specialolympicsontario.ca

What Is the Cost? What If I Can’t Afford It?

There is usually a small cost (which varies by sport club) to participate.

NO ATHLETE SHALL EVER BE DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN WEEKLY TRAINING OR COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES BASED ON LACK OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
